Schedule a 60 min video call with us where you can ask anything you like in regards to house finding, purchase and renovation in Italy. We will reply the best we can and share our own experience and the insights we’ve gained during our own journey. If you’re buying locally we are of course happy to share our contacts of trusted agents, engineers, craftsmen, banks etc as well.

After the purchase of the video call we will reach out to you (at the email you supply us with at the purchase) within 48h to schedule it at a time convenient to you.

Due to the nature of this product (service – video call) it is excluded from our general exchange & return-rights.

Shipping rates

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

  • USA: 5 – 10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Where will my order ship from:

  • EU Orders will ship from one of our fulfilment centres in the EU.
  • US Orders will when possible (determined by product availability) ship from one of our fulfilment centres in North America.

We always endeavour to fulfil your orders at the closest fulfilment centre to your location. This ensures your order has the lowest footprint possible and arrives in a timely fashion.
